That’s why we build housing solutions, offer everyday stability resources, and collaborate with mission‑aligned initiatives that share our commitment to removing barriers. We assist moderate-income first-time home buyers with education, preparation and home purchase. While assisting homeowners in their efforts to maintain and meet the demands of homeownership.

HOUSING
Transitional Housing and Affordable Housing placement
The populations we serve are: The homeless and at-risk individuals and families, veterans,
seniors, to include early release. We offer and refer you to transitional living. We assist with identifying long term and permanent housing placement.
ADVOCACY
Navigating government agencies and business systems can be difficult and overwhelming. We provide support and guidance to individuals navigating personal and business needs—helping them connect with the right agencies and organizations, resolve issues, and move toward greater stability and opportunity.
Community Essentials Initiative: Shoes & Winter Jackets for Students.
One Step Forward LA provides new tennis shoes and winter jackets to students in under‑resourced communities. Through our coordination with Windsor Hills Math Science Aerospace Magnet School, we deliver these items directly on campus, removing transportation and scheduling barriers for working families.
Receiving well‑fitting shoes and warm jackets helps students stay comfortable, focused, and prepared throughout the school day. This pilot forms the foundation for a school‑based model we plan to replicate across additional campuses.
