Vice President – Gregory Cousin A dedicated Landscape and Exterior Design Contractor, Gregory brings a heart for children. His mission is to ensure low‑income elementary students have essential clothing so they can walk into school with confidence, dignity, and pride.
Treasurer – Ken Polk As a retired LAPD Officer, Ken offers decades of service rooted in integrity and community protection. His steady leadership and commitment to accountability strengthen the foundation of our organization.
Secretary – Roberta Enriquez With 30 years in Hospitality Management, to include holding the position as General Manager, Supporting nonprofits fundraising programs and events held in the Hotel. Her dedication to kindness, organization, and community care helps guide One Step Forward’s mission every day.
Geraldine Green – Corporate Attorney (Ret.) Geraldine throughout her career she has been Licensed in both New York and California, as a Wall Street corporate, State and private practice Attorney, She contributes a wealth of legal knowledge and a strong belief in fairness, ethics, and advocacy for those who need a voice.
Johnny Rodgers – (College Heiman Trophy Winner) CFL/NFL Football League, Businessman, Author Johnny brings the spirit of perseverance, leadership, and inspiration. His achievements in sports, business, and writing reflect his commitment to motivating others to rise and succeed.
Carole Boyce – Graphic Designer, Public Relations Carole’s creative vision and communication expertise help shape the public face of One Step Forward. She brings artistry, clarity, and heart to every project.
Dr. Douglas Robinson – Vice President for Student Services (Ret.), California State University, Long Beach
Dr. Robinson served as the longest‑tenured Vice President for Student Services in CSU history, guiding more than 35 programs dedicated to counseling, student engagement, and academic support. His leadership shaped generations of students.
Solange Rutledge – Social Entrepreneur; Executive Director, One Step Forward LA, Inc. Solange blends innovation with compassion, leading and empowering underserved families and Individuals. Her work reflects a deep belief in the opportunity of personal wealth building, equity, and community transformation.
